Bird Flu Hits France

We're all aware that the French and the British seem to do everything they can to be different from each other. We know about driving on opposite sides of the road, using squared writing paper (France) as opposited to lined paper (UK) at school and, of course, making sure that each's computer keyboard is unusable by the other. But I wonder how many people have noticed this one. Observe these two photographs of books:

Eating out?
Here's a photo of a Vietnamese Restaurant that may not be quite to the taste of anglophones! It's at 152 Bd Vincent Auriol in the 13th. Does anyone want to try it and send us a review?
